Community Support &
​Donation Requests 

At Sundown Tavern, we believe in giving back to the community that's supported us over the years. We're proud to help local schools, charities, nonprofits, youth organizations, and community events whenever we're able. 

While we'd love to say yesterday to every request, the number of donation and sponsorship requests we receive each year far exceeds what we can accommodate. To be fair to everyone and to plan our giving responsibly, we ask that all requests be submitted through the form below. 

Please include any supporting information, such as:

• A sponsorship packet
• Event flyer or information
• 501(c) documentation (if applicable)
• Donation letter or other relevant details

To be considered, requests must be submitted at least 60 days before your event. Unfortunately, we are unable to consider last-minute requests. 

Please note: 

• ​Submission of a request does not guarantee donation or sponsorship.
• Due to high volume of requests, we may not be able to respond to every submission.
• Priority may be given to organizations and events that server our local communist or align with Sundown Tavern's charitable giving goals. 
• Our donation budget is limited. If you don't hear from us, it simply means we were unable to accommodate your request at this time - not that your cause isn't worthwhile. We truly appreciate all that you do for our community.
